Went in with a 2016 Subaru Outback to be fixed. Turned out the engine was too far gone to be worth it so I ended up trading it in and getting a nice 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan all wheel drive that day. Couldnāt be happier.

I was very pleased with the thorough diagnosis, and correct repair of my car after my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I had taken it to a local repair shop where, for $100, they simply read the codes and said they couldn't reset the Subaru sensors. They work to make the customer happy with the service they provide and they do a good job at it. They listen to the customer and make it happen so the customer is happy.
West-Herr is excellent for services. However, I am really disappointed that Subaru itself totally ignored the underpowered battery problem that was ongoing for several years, and chose to not even acknowledge the issue despite class action lawsuits, which I knew nothing about until all deadlines had passed. Something to think about in the future.
