I just had a very good service visit and was treated very well from Cassandra the service writer. She understood the 3 things that I came in for and all three were corrected and I was on my way in a very reasonable amount of time.
When you bring your car in for service, you hand over your keys and they go to work, keeping you informed what is happening. Plus they get you out in a reasonable time frame depending on what work needed .

I had a 2022 subaru outback touring xt. They had my car for a week because lights came on in dash and car went i to limp mode. Claimed it was a sensor. Repaired for no charge because the same exact thing happened in October. Obviously part was defective or they sell crap.
Got it back with damage to the front bumper and hood and severe amount of brake dust on both driver side tires.

My Hybrid was given a manure laden reason that they couldn’t test why my electric motor doesn’t start when it is supposed to. Too cold and they don’t work in the cold. Just diverting a lemon law inspection.

They really go above and beyond at West Herr Subaru to make sure you're getting taken care of and that you're getting a good deal on a car. I went in at noon on a Saturday and walked away around 5pm with a brand-new car and a lower payment.
